Returns & Refund Policy

This policy governs the return and refund conditions applied by Jcosmetics Pharma, distinguishing between end customers (B2C) and resellers/distributors (B2B). By using the website and purchasing products, users agree to the following terms.


1. Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-authorized by Jcosmetics Pharma.

Requests must be submitted exclusively by opening a support ticket, selecting the category “returns and refunds”.

Jcosmetics Pharma reserves the right to request additional documentation (photos, videos, or other evidence) before approving any return.

The return address will be provided only after approval.


2. General Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Intact
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all included items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used products
  • Hygienic products
  • Customized products

3. End Customers (B2C)

Right of Withdrawal

End customers benefit from the right of withdrawal in accordance with European Union regulations (14 days).


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the issue is caused by Jcosmetics Pharma.


Refunds

Refunds are processed:

  • Using the original payment method

Alternatively, a voucher may be offered, including:

  • Product value
  • Shipping costs

The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within:

  • Minimum: 7 business days
  • Maximum: 14 business days

4. Resellers & Distributors (B2B)

Conditions for B2B customers are more restrictive and regulate commercial relationships.


Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only upon authorization and at the customer’s expense.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Expired products

Credit Note

For B2B customers, refunds are not issued.

Jcosmetics Pharma will issue a credit note, fully redeemable on the next order.


Shipping Contribution

Jcosmetics Pharma will contribute 50% of the return shipping cost, credited through the issued credit note.


Contractual Clause

These conditions are general and may be subject to variations based on privately agreed commercial terms.

In all cases, these provisions form an integral part of the contractual agreement.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

In case of damaged or incorrect products:

  • Proof is required (photos or videos)
  • Claims must be submitted promptly

If the issue is caused by Jcosmetics Pharma:

  • Return and replacement costs will be covered by the company

6. Legal Notes

Jcosmetics Pharma reserves the right to:

  • Reject non-compliant returns
  • Inspect returned goods
  • Refuse refunds or credit notes if conditions are not met
